<description>Hello everyone.I've never been into lizards, rather run at the sound of something in the grass, bracken.However this Lizard caught my eye as it clearly enjoyed the sunshine.Photographed on the Yarra River which is in Victoria.Hope you enjoy the photographs and would be interested to know what species it is.After all the trys uploading hang on I'm back again, Geez! I feel like a tool :-D probably a common lizard yes ?

<description>Walnut shells are   NOT   a good or safe substrate.  I used to use it, until I saw the walnut shells showing up in an xray of my female.  

There are only two substrates I use now.  

On the warm side, I use non adhesive shelf liner.  The kind without the holes in it.  You can re-use it over and over.  Above all it is safe.  I recently placed tape over my shelf liner, making it even easier to keep clean.

A friend of mine came back from Turkey few days ago, and in her socks she found a little lizard.
Here are some pictures of it:

It's about 5cm long. It haven't eaten yet. I tried to give it some meal worms and some dried larva.
